Art Festivals
I have participated in art festivals and fairs for eight years. The first time I applied I had to borrow Pro-Panels from a fellow artist to create a ‘Booth Shot’, required to apply to the juried art festivals. I set the panels up in my front yard with my art hung in them and created a ‘Booth Shot’ photo. After my very first festival, The Bellevue Art Museum Art Fair and Festival, I was able to buy my own Pro-Panels I had so many sales! Collage
Collage is an artistic technique where the artwork is made from an assemblage of different forms creating a new whole. It is one of my favorite forms of expression.
Mandala
The word Mandala means "circle". A Mandala represents wholeness, a cosmic diagram reminding us of our relation to infinity, extending beyond and within our bodies and minds. The mandala appears to us in all aspects of life, the Earth, the Sun, the Moon and more obviously the circles of life encompassing friends, family and communities.
